Attached is my letter to the @RachelReevesMP ahead of the Budget. Local businesses in @rbwm need real support for fairer rates, stronger skills funding and help unlocking brownfield sites. Raised this at MTF this week and also with the Treasury.

@AmazonUK should work with Bray Parish and RBWM before making any plans, it makes sense to use empty car parks close to the site rather than tarmacking and carving up the Greenbelt.
"To me, it looks like they're trying to put a temporary car park there through the back door." That's TV spoke to Bray Parish Councillor Gurch Singh, who said plans for a temporary car park near the Bray Film Studios had raised concerns among residents.

Ming Campbell was a dedicated public servant and a true Liberal giant. We will miss him terribly.
Ming Campbell was a dedicated public servant and a true Liberal giant. His principled leadership opposing the Iraq War was a mark of his morality, courage and wisdom. But more than that, he was an incredibly warm and caring friend and colleague. We will miss him terribly.

Our flag does not belong to one creed or to one race. It belongs to one people, the British people. We will not let our flag be used to intimidate.

Brilliant night with @artsocial_maidenhead at Bardo Lounge. Loved sketching my mountains, and Emma’s fun sketch of me (with a beard!) was spot on. I’d recommend anyone looking to do something creative and engaging to get in touch with Emma at https://t.co/gOBzBoIRaf
