There is no point in buying fancy brushes. Just buy the cheapest brushes you can find including those available at dollar stores. However I would spend extra money on a 4” brush over a 3” brush. A brush will only last a day or less.

There’s a new real good way to get the stain from the 5 gallon bucket into something more manageable other than to just dip it in and wipe it off well, with a rag. I recommend having a lot of rags on-hand.

Obviously when left overnight, the stain needs to be stirred again very well the next morning but I have found it needs stirring pretty much each time I go to the well. It begins to separate within an hour.
