This is bang on. It’s a major issue. We think technology and innovation can and will help but there’s no panacea. Tackling each and every input and process bottom up and in collaboration with the actual on the ground risk takers is the only way forward in our view. We’d love to.
But at exactly the same time Private Housing Development: that is Housing to BUY has disintegrated in Ontario & BC. Rates too high.Land costs ran away.Buyers got scared.Development Fee insanity.So much Red Tape.Cities CREATED barriers.Labor costs rose.Material costs rose. 5/.
