The Italian approach is ineffective and moronic but it's better than letting dudes on fent wander around and attack people.

either attacks them or gets uncomfortable and leaves. If he attacks, then the Army takes him to the Carabinieri station where he spends the night and is released the next day.

USA is weirdly lax about this while weirdly overbearing on other things. If this guy was in Italy, the police would try to talk to him. They would fail and call the Carabinieri. The Carabinieri would try the same, fail, and call the Army. The Army would stand around until he /
The walking dead. A new drug flakka is being cut into fentanyl making addicts far more aggressive and terrifying. Rather than nodding out, he screamed loudly for over an hour, was chasing people, running into traffic and was trying to rip his chest open. It was horrifying.

Driving an old beater when you can afford a better car is literally the best feeling in the entire world, and everyone worth affiliating with will cheer you on for doing it

All conspiracy theories surrounding the insanity of political violence in the 60s-70s can be dismissed by the fact of universal lead poisoning. Everyone was just totally insane for a while.

A year ago I found a morality textbook for young women (ages 12-14) at a flea market. It gave some advice on how to deal with your period and spent the rest of the book explaining how to be a good mother, often comparing the Fascist State to a mother to all Italy.

The Fascism of Mussolini presented itself as a general progressive force. But you shouldn't be fooled. The highest calling for women under fascism was motherhood, to raise brave soldiers for The Leader.
"Fascists do not belong to the multitude of failures and skeptics who seek to belittle the social and political importance of women. What does the vote matter? You'll get it! But even when women did not vote or did not want to vote,

Are you ready for 3000 AD, Anon?
The odd thing is that the world has never felt empty, and never will, no matter how small the global population is This is because almost everyone lives around other people, so there are always crowds and groups nearby, people out and about This is why population decline is

Wewuzzing over Hagia Sophia is a waste of energy. I am more concerned about the Duomo of Milan, and many other Christian monuments in post-Christian countries, being milked for tourism money to the point where anyone trying to pray there is actively dissuaded from entering.
Christians would never do that. Hagia Sophia, once a house of God, has been turned into a mosque, and now they’re eating its doors, polluting it, and even driving cars inside it, for whatever reason. Truly disgusting.

Even pre-Islamic star worship was allowed to continue at Harran because they claimed to be Sabeans https://t.co/F7e6lneqtR

The Sabeans clause in the Quran is a fun caveat. No one knows what the Quran actually meant by that term, so every group of wacky religious lads came out of the woodwork saying "we are the Sabeans!"
Mandaean men on the Tigris River, Baghdad, Iraq 🇮🇶 Mandaeans or simply as Sabians are an ethnoreligious group who are followers of Mandaeism. Mandaeans are ollowers of Mandaeism believing that John the Baptist was the final and most important prophet. they may have been among

That's already there in the movies. SPECTRE are Nazis. Like, many, MOST Cold War bond movies prominently feature British and Soviet agents working to take down a German. I think a lot of people interpret this as displaced anxiety about Nuclear War - imagine if we could work
@ThatchEffendi i was thinking of SPECTRE but as more of the realistic version of the the Paladin group. that's more of a metafore for the terrorism going on in europe in the 60-70s & them being manipulated by the great powers at the time with bond trying 2 maintain peace
