To be honest in AAU the coaches/programs benefit more than the players do in 90% of cases. A lot of coaches don’t have a clue what the hell they doing. They just try to find kids with the biggest names and put them on a team. They can’t coach/play/help players to save they life.

How you say you a basketball player but your coach has to beg you to play hard. Effort/energy isn’t something a coach should have to coach. That’s a given. If you not gonna play hard, don’t play. Lack of effort/energy is draining overall to (teammates, coach, parents)

To be honest, a lot of these AAU programs/coaches ain’t done as much as y’all think they have if nothing. Y’all have done the work and they get to gloat about it. Straight up. So don’t give ppl power that don’t deserve it. For the most part AAU is an industry full of scammers.

At what point are you going to realize this AAU journey is about your kid not that organization or team. Quit chasing status & focus on productivity. That organization may not be for your child. Find the right situation for you & keep your ⭕️ small. THANK ME LATER ❤️

What’s understood doesn’t have to be explained. I am beyond grateful that God allowed our paths to cross. I know that there are millions of ppl that wish/dream they had the opportunity I did. What was about to take place only a few ppl/God knew. FLY HIGH 🕊. Thanks

The reason why a lot of players don’t reach a certain level of success is because they are not LOYAL to anything. Not LOYAL to your team. Not LOYAL to your trainer. Not LOYAL to your grind. At some point, you have to be LOYAL to something.
