Parents/coaches have these amateurs playing too many games. If winning means that much to you, go buy a 🏆 if you wanna say your the greatest. Get in meanful tournament, play the best, and development. No one cares if you’re undefeated playing garbage teams

I can answer this. Always MORE skill work, the players that are really putting in skill work, the games are actually easy to them.
My opinion, 60 - 40 is good. 60% more skill work per week than amount of game time.

Say it all the time don’t need that many Tournys. Hit the ones you NEED to be at, train and rest for the next one. But some like to put out we Champs and some parents put winning over quality of Tourny. JMO
