Really loved this week’s episode of @GriefPod with one of my favourite writers @shockproofbeats. Séamas speaks to us about his upcoming new book, Did Ye Hear Mammy Died, which is out next year. A pleasure to chat so openly with him about his wonderful mother Shelia.

Loved this chat about my forthcoming book Did Ye Hear Mammy Died. It's a memoir of growing up as the best little bereaved boy in Ireland, with ten siblings, several dogs, and a dad who knows every priest in Ireland and taped nearly a thousand films off the TV. Coming in 2021.

Thinking of all the families who have suffered a pregnancy loss. Chrissy Teigen & John Legend have been so brave to share their heartache with the world today ❤️. Love to them and to those feeling the pain of that loss today.

Do you ever lie about how you’re feeling because it seems easier? Because that’s what you think people want to hear? ❤️
