Difficult times don’t determine character - they reveal character. Seeing how ALL @SycamoreSchools staff members have responded to the upcoming school closing has been inspiring! I’m so proud to be part of a district who cares so deeply about their students.

PBL Pause: Remember when you were always told growing up that you can’t write on your desks?! Jonathan got done with his math warm up early, so he created his own challenge problem using our whiteboard desks. He’s taking showing his work to a whole new level!!

2nd Launch Day: time for 5ths to visit all our Umbrella Rooms to learn about each. With 17 goals, we broke them down into four main categories: Social, Environment, Economy, & Health. Each room featured current Changemakers for that topic! Wow! @GlobalGoalsUN !! @SycamoreSchools

BOOK RAFFLING VOTES DAY WAS LIT!!!! When you only have FIVE tickets & 30 beautiful #mocknewbery books to choose from, decisions are tricky!! Some went for all 5 in 1, while others spread out their luck!! So proud #WeNeedDiverseBooks is alive with these books! @SycamoreSchools 😍
