Just in: Jefferson Griffin lays out new legal strategy for the #ncpol Supreme Court to seat him instead of Allison Riggs. He suggests they could ignore the bulk of the 60k ballots he's challenging, only throw out overseas ballots, and declare him the winner if that puts him ahead.
