Devastated to hear about Glenn Roeder. Not only was he brilliant with me as a young player @WestHam training with 1st team & being injured etc but also gave me a chance as an academy coach @NUFC when I was just 21 after having to stop playing. RIP Glenn 🙏🏼 I’m eternally grateful.

“Running with the ball” is a great way to create overloads (3v2’s etc) or turn a 1v2 ahead of the ball into a 2v2 by arriving with the ball. It often also leads to “committing” or “enticing” opponents > creating space for others. A vital attacking skill! Skills + tactics = ⚽️🔥🥅.
