In their latest session with BEST Mindfulness Coach Will George, Year 3️⃣ pupils have been 'training' their attention 'like a puppy'. We also turned our 'torchlight of attention' on the feeling in our bodies. The children described themselves as feeling calm, happy and relaxed

On Friday, some of our Year 4 children went to a Wellbeing Conference at Samuel Whitbread. The children had a talk from Will George all about being mindful and how good this can be for physical and mental health @BedsSchTrust

Year 3 have been using their knowledge of the Stone Age from history lessons with their new book in English - The Stone Age Boy. This week we had a great time using charcoal, chalk and pastels to create images related to the story. @BedsSchTrust
