Bucks have Giannis and Turner, and both Garys. They should hire Thibs as an assistant, and just try to be the best defensive team in the league. Could get you to the ECF next year.

What Milwaukee has done does not make the Bucks a contender. Maybe in the East, but they're not winning a title with that team. What they've done I think increase their chances of keeping Giannis, and I think that is important as an NBA fan.

This is a great teammate thing to do. Giannis seems to be, by all accounts, a great guy. The Bucks did this to keep him in MIL, and as an NBA fan, I really hope he retires there. We need to return to that. And if he does leave, he should play for the Lakers.

I respect the Bucks going for it, even though they have no #2 option (and a #1 who would probably prefer to be a #2). But they're doing what they can to keep their star in a Bucks jersey for life. You have to respect that as an NBA fan.
