Days of sub-freezing weather have affected tolling on I-405 and SR 167.
Until further notice, no tolls will be charged and the lanes will be HOV-only during tolled hours:
👉I-405: 5 a.m. and 7 p.m. Monday through Friday
👉SR 167: 5 a.m. to 7 p.m., every day.

The Washington State Transportation Commission has finalized SR 99 tunnel toll rates. Tolls will range from $1 to $2.25 depending on time of day.
The tunnel will be free when it first opens in early 2019. Tolling could start as soon as Summer 2019.

As reminder, once you reach the point where the HOV lane becomes a tolled lane you need a Flex Pass set to HOV mode (or no pass at all) in order to travel toll free as a carpool.
