part of why I think the CQ soundtrack is coming out good is that I not only give a lot of creative freedom to the musician, but I also try to push him to go *more* experimental and eclectic, not less

I feel like act 2 really sets its tone early with the very first cutscene being about trade routes. like oh we're just taking all of that seriously then. they were gonna make carter president and then she burst through the window. and now we gotta have a quick civics discussion
