A few very interesting things about sauna: 1) Sweat loss is insane... My body is becoming adapted to sweating a TON. I can shed 40 oz of body weight in two 18 minute sessions with a plunge in the middle. I weigh myself before the session with 2 full Nalgene bottles of water.

@preshdkumar i took the presh ocean plunge approach this morning: 1) venture into waist high water (no further, to avoid the sharks that rule OB) 2) submerge up to neck for 2 minutes 3) bob with the waves it was my only option to lock in my @GoPolarApp top 20 spot
