Modern urban economics models explored in a handful of tweets. Amazing.
Read this paper yesterday (how couldn't you with a title like this) and I think it's worth the read. but also the most helpful way to think about this is that it's a *reinterpretation* of an existing, "black box" theory. Guess this is a thread, some urban knowledge required.
