Focus group training session yesterday with the @VandI_sheffield team & @Ginger_Adoptee . We were aiming to create a space where people could express diverse perspectives and have different ways to take part. Lots of zines and collage, plus great discussions & facilitation.

Yesterday an interview I did for ITV calendar news was broadcasted on @itvtynetees. I spoke about how whilst letterbox was beneficial it didn't have the same naturailty as direct and can miss smaller elements such as memories.

Yesterday the book I helped co-produce a chapter within 'Improving Mental Health Therapies for Autistic Children and Young People' was published. Exciting to see it finally in printed format and all the amazing work within it.

Today I travled down with the @AdoptionUK Youth Bridge Project to the Department of Education. We got to speak to @JanetDaby about multiple topics including identity, education, transitions and education. It was interesting to hear her reflections on our thoughts.

Yesterday I attended the AMHDM @UKRI_News Networking and Knowledge Sharing Conference. As a co-researcher within the RE-STAR project. It was a interesting day. I also got to help co-present one of the posters we helped produce on the YRP led EEG experiment experince outcomes.

Today a report has been released by the Family Divsion Working Group on Adoption. It calls for more open and supportive contact including face to face and more supportive for all involved.
