The first preprint from my lab! . It was long believed zfish neural tube develops differently than in other vertebrates but we show that fold-and-fuse neurulation is conserved in zfish! And that NT closure is disrupted by loss of NTD risk gene vangl2. Congrats first author Jacie!.
