@GetSpectrum I do hope that @KenPaxtonTX and @DOGE will look into @GetSpectrum fraudulent billing practices, randomly raising the rates, especially after you used Rural Internet grant funds to run the fiber FOR FREE and hired illegal aliens to run the fiber cable.

@GetSpectrum Spectrum also does not email you your cancellation confirmation number. So if you don't write it down, on the next billing cycle, when you call in, they will can claim that you never cancelled your service. This gives them a 2nd attempt at stop loss. Total scumbag practice.

@GetSpectrum Do NOT use Spectrum. Easy to sign up, no online cancellation option. It will take you an hour to cancel if you move or switch providers. DO NOT USE SPECTRUM. And post-cancellation billing issues are VERY common so if you are able to cancel, they will keep billing you.

@GetSpectrum Spectrum is the ONLY CHOICE we have where I live that's over 20 MBS. I pay $90/month just for internet!! Thats for 200 MB speed. There is DISH network but for internet it's not good. Why aren't there any other choices? I thought MONOPolies were outlawed?

@GetSpectrum Spectrum is a rip off, AVOID AT ALL COSTS, prices always increase dramatically and if you upgrade early and are late sending in your phone you will have to pay a ridiculous amount to keep your service active and won't do anything!

@GetSpectrum I’m in Northeast Ohio and my service sucks without a natural disaster. Spectrum is our only choice for broadband internet. Spending almost 100 a month for just internet. What a joke.
