We’ll be judged on how we behaved these days, and I fear we are failing abominably: true empathy for ALL fellow humans is so rare, while sociopathy is the norm, esp. in those we elect to lead us. We need to go back to basics: universal human rights, Geneva Conventions, justice.
Future generations will censure us for letting this happen. The death count has surpassed 10 thousand, mostly children and women. There is not even enough water to wash the wounds of survivors, let alone food, drugs etc. How can anyone sleep at night?
