Solidarity with JK Rowling as a national newspaper cruelly gives voice to her abuser. We are united in condemning this - we won't be played off as enemies in this fight. Trans people fall victim to the same systems of oppression and stand against all violence against all women.

"Men who identify as women" and other similar phrasings aren't 'dog whistles' because they miss out on the key factor of being subtle or covert. They're clear messages meant to tell a tale of transness as fabricated, inherently quashable, dealing in emotionality and not reality

If you're perpetuating the myth that young trans people transition to become heterosexual, you're either unaware that a large percentage of trans and non-binary people identify as LGB or queer, or actively ignore their existence because it's inconvenient. 🤔🏳️‍🌈

On #IntersexAwarenessDay we stand with intersex people, including our trans intersex siblings, who face discrimination simply because of their identities and bodies. Intersex folk are diverse: debunk assumptions and build your knowledge to better advocate for intersex rights

LGBTQ staff are having to quit their jobs because they don't feel safe. This should be a serious wakeup call for senior staff at the BBC. The time for action to fix this was yesterday. "My trans and LGBT friends have lost confidence in the BBC – I’m losing confidence in the BBC"

Our purpose as a charity is to increase wider understandings of gender diversity and improve the lives of trans people. We don't imagine that this work will be necessary forever, and indeed hope that a dedicated charity around our aims may eventually become redundant as trans

Sometimes it's important that as trans people in 2020 we just say 'no social media today' and get on with all the other things we have to get on with to improve the lives of gender diverse people. See you tomorrow. Stay safe everyone.

Today is #TransDayofRemembrance . We remember and mourn all those who have been taken from us by transphobic violence. We promise our work won't stop until all trans people can live in safety.

We know that visibility isn't a choice for many of us. It takes great strength to be visible, yet you shouldn't have to be courageous simply to be yourself. Today we're asking our allies to show support for a world where all trans people are safe to be themselves. #WiththeT #TDOV

Despite the mental health crisis faced by young trans people and children, the lack of support in schools, no legal gender recognition and a rise in hate crime, this is the contrived story that the Times keeps pushing. The press doesn't care about young people all.

Childline has sent a harmful message to trans and non-binary young people about which trans people are worthy to be role models. @MunroeBergdorf has received so much negativity despite her unwavering commitment to our visibility and equality. ❤️ Young people look up to her.

I'm one person at a small charity doing this campaign and THIS is what we've been able to achieve so far, in just a few days. It's truly breathtaking. Our power is in our desire for justice and dignity. Thank you all. #TrusstMe
