If your reaction when offered advice is to defend and protect, it's your ego getting in the way. When we protect our ego, we drop out of learning mode. We stop listening & engaging We start figuring out how to counter-attack, to prove them wrong. We miss out on potential growth

For some living with cancer, exercise at all is impossible; but for others it can be a huge benefit physically and mentally. Organisations such as @MOVEcharity around the country are a great way to get help exercising if you’re affected by cancer.
