Congratulations Ryan Companies and Catellus on the Mueller Tower ground breaking. This community consists of 345 multifamily units and 2,5000 SF of ground level retail. 15% of the units will be dedicated to affordable housing through Mueller Foundation's Affordable Homes Program.

We're choosing our Super Bowl squares and reminiscing on this years Fantasy Football winners. While we all came out as winners for having a friendly competition amongst our team, seems like some live by the famous words of Ricky Bobby's dad, "If you ain't first, you're last!"

Cities throughout Texas are in a much better place because of the dedication and contributions by both of these great City Managers over the past few decades. While we will miss their leadership, we congratulate them on their retirements and wish them the very best!
