Dear @Morrisons .. Whilst I am sympathetic to the challenges, people have commitments. Accommodating a 4hr delay with 15mins notice?? There is no provision to cancel or reschedule if inconvenient. If trains are late at least customers are compensated??? Thoughts?

My energy company @OctopusEnergy the industry “Good Guys” are attempting to charge me £100 a week for gas and electric. Privatisation allowed Energy companies to control and inflate pricing making huge profits. Time to take energy back to the people.
