With the House of Representatives scheduled to recess from April 11-27, a voted is needed next week. Since March 10th we’ve contacted lawmakers nationwide to release DC’s 2025 budget. DC’s funding was disrupted by the March law that kept the federal gvt open.
A Senate Bill restoring DC FY2025 budget awaits hearing in the House. DC Parents & students, who visited Senators in March, will visit Reps April 7 -a @dcpublicschools PD day, to ask them to vote: Students Visit Representatives To Restore DC Budget
