On to my 2nd book of the summer, "Indigenous Rights in One Minute" by @BruceMcIvor Such a great read written by a lawyer meant for "non-lawyers interested in Canada's commitment to reconciliation". Important read in Secondary Civics classes!

It's time to get my book on! Starting w/ "52 Ways To Reconcile" by @DaveAlexRoberts An excellent primer on how to engage in acts of reconciliation each week of the year. Excellently pairs w/my "Buddha Bowl" from the Olde Stone Cottage. A definite must read for Educators!

Did you know that June is "Indigenous People's History Month"? The library @TDSB_Ranchdale has a wonderful display honouring the month.

When visiting @AlbionHeights last week, it was great to see all of the hard work @Alkatdsb has done w/her Ss studying the reciprocal relationship that people have w/land & water, as well as honouring treaties. Miigwech!
