All DPS schools will be closed for students and staff on Friday, Sept. 27, due to Hurricane Helene. No remote learning. Athletic events are rescheduled, and weekend rentals are canceled. Essential personnel, check with supervisor. Will follow Board Policy 7550 for makeup days.

Yesterday was an amazing day to continue learning for @DurhamPublicSch teachers! There were so many incredible sessions led by DPS C&I specialists, including a field trip to The Hub Farm for our Dual Language Immersion teachers. Such a fun day!!! #WeAreDPS

Not many schools/days left. @WAMBraves is a great one to visit. Students track their growth data. Plus, @ABSSPublic Beginning Teacher of the Year, Ms Tyson & AP of the Year Ms Sparks are on the team. And, Principal Hall was an @NCPrincipals DLP standout.
