I support the @GMB_union campaign to make ethnicity pay gap reporting mandatory. Data shows those from ethnic minority backgrounds earn less. As Chair of the APPG on Governance & Inclusive Leadership we launched the Maturity Matrix to spark this type of dialogue and progress.
