Did Lane Kiffin leave a real title contender for a hypothetical one?

This Alabama team getting in over a Notre Dame squad that was an actual national title contender (the analytics and predictive models all show this) is a crime against humanity.

To be clear, I think I speak for all ND fans when I say: The issue was NEVER w Miami getting in. It was ALWAYS w Bama. Watching this Rose Bowl (🤢)… I hope folks can emphasize why we “took our ball and went home” re: the Pop Tart Bowl Beyond impressed w/ IU. Envious even.

I can think of another team from Indiana that’s also better than Alabama.

I’m very disappointed the bands can’t be on the field due to wet conditions at the rose bowl. It’d be epic to see what shape the Alabama band did for fat bottom girls.
