This may out be a bit but honestly, I don’t care. Our RR has a ‘Wall of Abandonment’ where we stick repair travelers for macs that have been abandoned ☺️ I love it. It’s great.

Sometimes I’ll be doing an iPhone 6s-8 repair, grab the wrong colored adhesive on accident and not realize till I’m pushed it down and just call it a day and RFP that bitch.

Cx who say “I just drove two hours to get here and your tellin me there are no appts?!??” Bruh, you don’t just go to a doctor and demand an appt, you don’t go to a restaurant and get upset there’s a wait, you can’t have these expectations that the world revolves around you.

I just don’t understand how a customer can enter their correct password to turn off activation lock after a restore, but then fail to enter that same password 1 minute later to reload their backup.
