Has this been happening at your store? So in the past 5 months they’ve fired 4 Genius, 2 Tech Expert, 1 Expert, 1 Pro, 1 Manager, 4 Specialists. Aside from the Specialist, all of them have been with the company for almost 10 years all older in their 40s & 50s. Ageism?

The reason why the iPhone Air isn’t selling. The design is great! So thin & feels great in the ur hand. However at that price point with only one camera, smaller battery & only $200 difference from a 17 Pro most will opt for the Pro or the 17 which is $200 cheaper!

Who knew working at the Apple Stand would be worst than working at Best Buy! Having to Push AC+, Apple Services, Biz Intro, tracking ur conversion & having to tell a manager/lead what you sold, it’s all too much! Don’t even get me started on immediate help for the Genius Bar.
