Another amazing SW Disadvantage Network yesterday. Great focus on having high expectation of all students, not seeing disadvantaged young people as a problem to be solved, and sharing opportunity.
Marc Rowland @marcrowland73 was brilliant in the SW Disadvantage Network this afternoon… real expertise and experience, insightfully delivered. So much to take away… a privilege to facilitate, thank you to those who attended.

This year instead of doing a team secret santa we picked a local charity to donate to instead. We were really pleased to raise £100 for @stpetershospice. This amazing organisation supported a one of our teams family members in their final months 💙
