What do we expect from our recruits, actually quite a lot. We teach them how to walk, run, crawl, dress, fight and hide all in a set number of weeks.
Being able to take care of ones self in the mud is a key part to life as a soldier.

Breaking the stigma that Fox Platoon is a bad place (rehab). We build, nurture, coach and instruct the more vulnerable recruits. Those who need more time in training for various reasons. This week is one on one range coaching to get one back to CMS. He grouped at 18mm 200m. 💪

Was struggling the other day when I got the details for my friends funeral service. So I took my self off to train,(phys doesn't help everyone I'm aware) but 300 reps of 70kg squats in 20 rep sets, and I still can't walk 3 days later 😂 but mentally I'm all good
