Update: someone has seen my bag locked in a Spirit office in the airport, but no one is picking up the phone and Spirit are still saying they haven’t located it. This is awful service… first send my bag to the wrong part of the country, now this

Flew with @SpiritAirlines yesterday from Nashville to Newark and somehow they sent one of my bags to Cleveland, Ohio?! They still haven’t ‘located’ it but I can see it’s at the airport as I have an AirTag in it… HORRENDOUS experience
