Our building had reopened for regular business hours. Our Board of trustees and staff would like to thank the Bolingbrook Police Department for their very quick and thorough response to this incident. We are very grateful for them.

At 1:52 p.m. today, we received a threat of violence via our online chat service. The library was evacuated, and nearby schools were placed on a soft lock down. The investigation into the threatening message found no substantiated threat.
