Generally Curious, is anyone enjoying the power grind? Whether you’re slowly grinding it or just farming encore. I think I’m only 210 and I’m just dreading playing this small list of activities for 240 more levels. Even more since I want T5 Solstice gear that comes out in 3 weeks

One thing I dislike about the Portal and Bungie not updating the World map is how there’s content in the game that can’t be played because it’s not available through either. Darkblade strike for example, still in the game but not available on the map or Portal.

I went to test how big of a difference this made. Encore dropped Tier 1 at 202 power with all negative modifiers, now Tier 2 at 205. That’s going from Rank 2 to 3, no other change.

Gonna be honest, I started to hate the gameplay loop by mission 4. Didn’t want to say anything then because I didn’t want to get flamed for it.

I really like how we’ve gotten more new gun models with Edge of Fate than the last 2 1/2 years of this game’s life combined. Sucks that only 1 of the raid legendaries will be a new model, but I’ll take what I can get at this point.

How funny would it be if this raid was the complete opposite of Ron in terms of difficulty. Like imagine if the Worlds First team takes like 40+ hours to beat it. Normal becoming available just a few hours early would actually be pretty funny in this situation.
Everyone’s arguing about normal mode going live right after World First is achieved, meanwhile I’m afraid the real reason this is happening is because the new raid will be Root of Nightmares 2.0 and beaten so fast that people would be mad to wait two days to play normal mode 😬.

Bungie was so close to a massive W right here, but Tess just had to be involved. Like just repeat what you did with Acrius back in year 1 for Raids and Trials, it would go a long way.
Bungie asked me to reveal a new ornament available after going flawless in the Edge of Fate Trials. Kind of like a Bungie Reward but in game. Will require you to go flawless and then become purchasable; initially silver to purchase but later in the season will be Bright Dust.

This is probably the closest I’ll ever get to finishing the exotic collection. I refuse to spend silver on that ugly Polaris ornament, and that Borealis ornament is currently lost to the stains of time.

Haven’t been keeping up with all EoF news, but after watching Cross’ latest video I have a question. What the fuck is with this expansion trying to make the game more tedious than ever? There’s so many bad small unnecessary changes that make no sense and just seem like annoyances
