If a boss is still taking DAMAGE numbers you would think to kill him you need to deal DAMAGE so why do some people have an instance where the eyes still appear after you kill him and some don’t? This is such poor boss design.

Am I dumb or something because why was ATP still able to shoot the boss even though he had no health? Imagine if this was a World’s First and no one jumped down. Why is it random if you can have this happen to you like what???? Look at both clips 1 takes damage the other doesn’t
