I plan to conduct another UK REIT portfolio review and rebalance this week, with the #WHR takeover being the main catalyst, as I need to cycle the funds into something with more potential.

1.5yrs on, a quick review of UK REITs:.#BBOX - Sold 2024, down about 2% since.#EBOX - Sold 2024 for a 46% gain in 7 months.#LABS - Holding, ~8% down, plus small divi.#SUPR - Up nearly 20% inc divi.#THRL - Up over 30% inc divi.#WHR - Up around 50% inc divi. (all since last review).

Curious if anyone is still holding #WHR Warehouse REIT?. With the Blackstone takeover due at 109p "final quarter of 2025", and currently trading at 106.8 = 2.06% upside for several months wait. You can probably do better in a cash ISA these days. Any thoughts @HTVIOLA @reb40 ?.
