I built a @draftsapp action to replicate @readwise Daily Review feature. It pulls random highlights from your account and you can add notes, add/remove tags, import, discard and favorite the highlight directly from Drafts without opening Readwise at all. ⬇️

Lately I’m experiencing some weird issues with @todoist The auto completions for labels and projects on macOS is often not working.. Also a long existing bug for widgets on iOS is not fixed in over a year (?) having a complicated filter configured will not show anything🤷🏼‍♂️

After a bit of digging I just found out, that you actually can add a url to @ReadwiseReader using a #Shortcut. Using the the correct REST API call I‘m now able to add articles with a POST request in a Shortcut or other automations. 🔗

Speed may not be an obvious feature, but it's crucial for the user experience. Especially if it's an app that's used daily. At Doist, we actively work on making our software much faster. I am so looking forward to this Todoist update! 🏎️

I‘m using @draftsapp scripting capabilities to import highlights from @readwise via their API. I use two actions to import the highlights of the latest article I read or the highlights from a selected book / article. The highlights are formatted into markdown 📺 interested?
