Access to quality prenatal care is a barrier for many communities. Many moms are uninsured & live far from care providers. Doulas & midwives fill those gaps & deliver culturally appropriate care. Everyone deserves a safe pregnancy no matter location, skin color or ability to pay.

Florida’s families finally get the tax break they needed. In 2016, I joined the @FLSenate- a new mom to my twins and committed to making diapers more affordable for new families. Today, we made that happen!
