PSX Multi-bagger SAZEW is trading above Rs. 1,100. Just a year ago it was less than Rs. 50. Who bought it then and stills holds? My pure fundamentals based strategy grabbed it at Rs. 44 and is still holding it. (2/2)

#Image Reit Scam finfluencers were promoting it at its IPO. Don't burn your life savings by watching and following their videos. My condolences to unsuspecting masses who fell for this scam marketing of Haramkhors and bought it at 30% premium!😥
Read prospectus of of IMAGE REIT. Project charges 5% management fee for doing rentals to related parties. Plus, 2028 completion timeline is too far in future. Link in reply. Short summary: NOT RECOMMENDED. If dividend is what you'd like to get, buy MARI/ MEBL/ HUBC instead.

#ZAL Zarea Q2 discussion FY'26 Q1 benefitted from KSE100 rally of July to Sep. From October onwards, market is stagnant. I expect its Q2 other income to drop -> Q2 EPS should be less than Q1. If the EPS drop is 50% QoQ. What do you think its stock price should fall back to?

👎LIVEN Studied the financials, too much mess. Bold and big jargon but little concrete evidence or action plan. Its directors include LUMS/ IBA graduated brothers who are good at marketing and using Chat GPT phrases. Would like to wait for its next year's results to recheck.

💸Seeing SAZEW returns over 2 years, I built this dashboard with an aim to catch next Halal multi-bagger. ℹ️KSE100 gained ~44% from Jan-Dec 2025. Whereas, around 50 Halal stocks returned >100%. 👋How many of you were able to double your portfolio in 2025? Plz share your picks.

Simply Wallstreet app. Fair value of ZAL there is Rs 4.70 only.
Tried the InvestingPro subscription. Test for an hour and then cancelled. Maximum upside in PSX stocks was shown only 40% which I don't agree with. Its Pro tips are shallow. It offered no insight on future growth. Studied ZAL on it but the analysis was poor. Not recommended.

To find a 10-bagger you first need to find a stock that can double. By the time it doubles you'll know whether it can double again. "Go as far as you can see; when you get there, you'll be able to see farther."

Don't forget to give due credit to Field Marshal here who picked PPP to rule in Karachi. The fact publicly admitted by Sindh governor. If army has to install their selected puppets, then give all control to PMLN to fix all infrastructure challenges in record time.

Land grab cases are a common occurrence in Punjab. Alongside CCD and Suthra Punjab, this initiative deserves appreciation. I liked Shahbaz Sharif for his efficient and effective public service delivery. Maryam Nawaz is surpassing that benchmark. @MaryamNSharif keep it up!

I follow many market participants including scammers and foreigners. Doesn't mean I agree with all the BS they post. I scan their accounts and monitor. Don't assume any "validation" of the BS they post if I follow someone.

Pseudo finfluencers often ring an alarm bell by quoting "other income". "Other income" actually excites me when it is repetitive. When is it bad? Only when it's one-off and causes longterm operational profitability to suffer.

While selecting a stock, I've 2 broad categories: 1. Stocks whose fundamentals improve so strongly that makes market participants look dumb if they don't buy. 2. Stocks whose fundamentals are same as before but only speculation drives up prices. Option 1 is my favourite.
