they literally soft blocked every single account that followed me, all 9200+ accounts; jesus christ.
We got @fire back again, but the intruder nuked my followers AND following, deleted many long running DM conversations, and removed thousands of posts. I don't even know where to begin.

the For You algorithm is so bad now. Constant undisclosed ads, unrelated "boosted" posts with no timestamps ( which are also ads! ), and 9+ day old tweets that I've already seen ( or even interacted with! ) all mixed into the timeline together; barely see anything relevant at all.

like Support's restoration tooling straight up failed in a bad state when trying to restore my account and somehow not a single engineer has had the time to look at the issue since it was brought up in *September of 2024*.
@gptbrooke @inflammateomnia @Support @yacineMTB yeah support and partnerships asked engineering to restore my followers/follows a few weeks ago ( as support's restore tool is somehow broken on my acc ) but they've told me we're at a standstill until engineering actually takes a look. So there's hope, I guess, but no timetable.

almost ten months no progress on my internal email thread. - My social graph still hasn't been restored.- Un/following randomly fails to persist .- Follow recs tag off lost follows, as if I still follow them. all because Support handed my account over to an impersonator last year.
if you work at x and can help, please reach out. This account is still in a bad state of periodic gain/loss of follow/ers despite follow/unfollow. I also have an account archive from prior to @support attempting to fix my account, that my social graph could be reconstructed from.

as of ~90 minutes ago not only is my dm inbox loading again, but it does so in like, half a second? . likewise, tweet share pane no longer takes 5-10 seconds to open; so the dm component of the share pane was stalling the entire pane. wonder if this fix is app or platform level.
