I've had an internal email thread going with X content/partnerships for a little over a year now that's been stalled waiting on engineering to take a look; Is there a proper way to get someone who can spare the time CC'd? It's silly that it's taken so long to get any eyes on this

if you work at x and can help, please reach out. This account is still in a bad state of periodic gain/loss of follow/ers despite follow/unfollow I also have an account archive from prior to @support attempting to fix my account, that my social graph could be reconstructed from

@gptbrooke @inflammateomnia @Support @yacineMTB it's been over three and a half months now, no progress has been made, and the contact at twitter I had hasn't replied to any of my requests for an update since october unless I can find an engineering contact willing to manually fix my account I think I'm just screwed ðŸ«

they literally soft blocked every single account that followed me, all 9200+ accounts; jesus christ
We got @fire back again, but the intruder nuked my followers AND following, deleted many long running DM conversations, and removed thousands of posts. I don't even know where to begin.

so x support is telling me I'm not the owner of my own account, even though I've given them the exact info that was on the account prior to takeover and am emailing them from the email that was on the account literal days ago and they close ticket on first reply without followup

finally got something submitted, but this situation is total ass; how do you get through totp 2fa???

I can't even submit a ticket with the compromised account page at https://t.co/1ofo4V14S9 because it throws a non-informative error of "Oops something went wrong, please try again later."
