For anyone wondering, the "meta" currently is:
- Light armor
- Breaker shotgun
- Railgun
- Shield gen pack
- Orbital Laser
- Situational 3rd stratagem
Typically for the 40 min missions.
Thing is, good synergy can overcome this meta easily if you're working together. Love it.

They need to tweak the system. Let the person holding the weapon keep the backpack and have any team member be able to load them. Makes way more sense and would be so much more practical.
