Having to abandon your home when you are old, fragile and poor is a devastating experience. This is what is happening to thousands of civilians in Ukraine because of increased, relentless Russian attacks in the area of

Together with the Olympic Refuge Foundation, I visited a shelter for Palestinians from Gaza treated in Qatar for grave injuries and other health issues. I saw children whose limbs had to be amputated because of the lack of antibiotics in Gaza.
This is intolerable.
