Baseball is a world of endless technology and data with very few actionable solutions. We have to measure what actually matters and start affecting input variable instead of chasing output variables. Excited to dive in with @LantzWheeler.

(5/5) that plane. We need to look at how individuals move and optimize mechanics for THEIR body. The MOST important thing is to make sure your body isn’t fighting itself and can transfer energy from segment to segment which looks like matching plane of rotation & proper decel!!.

(4/5) for most RH pitchers who tend to throw with torso lateral tilt to the left. But this is why there’s no one size fits all mechanics solution for everyone/every body. This pitchers creates a rotational axis for a right lateral tilt so his posture optimizes energy transfer in.

(3/5) work to create energy in the direction that segment needs to move which is massively inefficient. Also notice the posture of his foot and torso as he initiates stride. He’s extremely pronated with significant forward torso flexion. This is not a posture I would recommend.
