I want to be very clear here . I don’t teach velocity gains over everything . In the Veloclass -. I teach guys how to move and maximize that . In doing so - spin rates go up, consistency is main focus, velos climb. I don’t tell guys sacrifice strikes for velo. I would rather they.

Man I am so grateful for what we have going on. I often run out of hours in the day due to all the stuff we have to handle but it’s worth it . A tip from a guy who used to work 20 hour days and pull all nighters every Wednesday night to catch up on stuff - prioritize sleep.

Running Live ABs for my pitchers this Thursday in Dallas (dirt mound not turf). Have a couple catchers already but ideally need 5-6 due to having 20+ pitchers going . DM me if you want to hit (couple spots) or catch . Fully booked with pitchers so can’t add any there.
