@Fedex_steals @FedEx I literally came looking to see if anyone else experienced this. Just got my package stolen after waiting months to gift it to a friend. They offered no next steps. Just a, "that sucks".

@Fedex_steals Was supposed to have my Mocopi delivered today. It initially said it would be delivered by 9:30am-11:30am Then it said "by the end of the day" They went past my house 5 times. Went to countless other cities in the area. Never received my package...

@Fedex_steals Yes they do! I traded in my Fold 4 to Samsung, I took it my local Fedex office and even took pictures of the process and the weight. However when the package arrived at Samsung the box was opened and the Fold 4 had been stolen. FedEX refused to cover it. Thieves!

Hey @FedEx thanks so much for hiring drivers who steal packages after they photograph the delivery. Guess he didn’t know about the security camera.

@Fedex_steals @FedExHelp @footlocker @FedEx @Fedex_steals @FedExHelp @FedEx This is very unprofessional and no help was given to me to get my package. FedEx pretty much stole my package and told me to take it up with the shipper. They offered me no resolution and just sweep this under the rug.

@Fedex_steals @FedExHelp @footlocker @Fedex_steals @FedEx @FedExHelp I called and I told them I don’t care if it’s damaged “they are sneakers” how can they get damaged. Come on man! That I stilled wanted them. Their Homestead, FL location at 27200 SW 127th Ave. Homestead, FL 33032 stole my package.

@Fedex_steals I then called and asked that my package be placed on hold at a pickup location. So I had to wait till my package became available for pickup. Then I get another exception from FedEx @FedExHelp that my package was damaged to take it up with Shipper @footlocker.

@Fedex_steals I had a very unfortunate insident with FedEx @FedExHelp . I was able to purchase the New Nike Jordan 4 reimagined on @footlocker . The shoes were shipped via FedEx @FedEx . Once the shoes were out for delivery the driver put an exception that I refused delivery.

@Fedex_steals Fedex needs to use RecordReceipt instead old, outdated pictures because it is much more reliable and captures vital details of a delivery that is customer friendly and great for quality assurance.

@Fedex_steals my dad’s sneakers just got stolen by FedEx shipped from Nike.. they put the package in front of the door snapped a picture and literally walked off with the package as it was shown delivered at 2:58 pm and was gone by 3:10 pm when my dad left out
