Today's 21 stops in ia took us thru freemont,mills,pottawattamie,shelby,crawford,ida,cherokee,obrian,osceola,dickenson and clay counties. Ave corn yield 184 soybean pod counts 1298.

Restaurant he liked. On the way home he drove by the combine and seen us running. Less than an hour later he was gone. We decided today it would be fitting to take him past his house and by the combines 1 last time. RIP Dad you will be missed!.

That's it? I got 3.5 and still raining.
Another 1.75 of rain overnight in NE Iowa Didn't need it but it's August so it should keep the soybeans happy. Hope many other areas get some too.

Last stop of the day clay Co ia 224 bu yield . Low of 25 to high of 224 on 12 stops. Bean number pretty disappointing pods 432 to 1351 in 3×3 square. Not many samples on the high end
