Our article is online! π When we gave antibiotics to pregnant mice, they passed their dysbiotic gut microbiota on to their offspring. Offspring from antibiotic treated dams had increased E.coli, Bacteroides and Akkermansia in early life.

Our meta-analysis was just published! And it's open access. π Antibiotic use during pregnancy is associated with asthma development in children. It's also associated with the atopic march and we're calling for more comprehensive studies to address this.
